hi, I’m Chelsea
My business started with my personal journey toward conscious consumption. I come from a background of bartending and barista jobs, and while I had maintained a strong work ethic, regular yoga practice and decent self control, yet I often found myself in an unhealthy pattern of over-drinking, overworking, and living an unhealthy lifestyle, just as a result of being in the industry I was in.
This led to a passion for personal development and wellness, and over a decade of studying plants and evolutionary herbalism. I had always loved the plant kingdom and learning about plants, and so when I found myself managing a Brewery in Crestone, Colorado, and learning the art of making and kegging their handmade sodas and cocktails, I knew right away that this was the perfect vehicle for sharing the magic of the plants I was studying.
The brewery closed down shortly after Covid, and from the experience I gained, I birthed my first pop up elixir bar, and some of my first elixir formulations. I bought a trailer (Mix Mobile Elixirs) and served my drinks at events, festivals and private parties. From this I landed my first wholesale account at T-Road Brewing in Crestone, Colorado, and my accounts for Elixirs on Tap continues to grow to this day.
We are plant people, first and foremost. Walking the endless path, courting the deep wisdom of the earth, and sharing it through our conscious cocktail mixers and handcrafted herbal sodas.
